As a force of energy, your life will ebb and flow.
Riding that wave is beautiful, back and forth you go,
Some days surging forward, with passion and great ease,
Other days you go within, and gather strength in peace,
Don’t try to swim against the tide, don’t see it as a foe,
It serves you well in taking you, just where you need to go,
So close your eyes, surrender, and allow yourself to be,
One with the tide, for you are every ocean, every sea!
