Rushing, dashing, racing by
Unseeing, disconnected
Chaotic dance of humankind
Busy, so distracted
Talking, shouting, spilling words
Always more to say
Stories, reasons, must be heard
Justify, explain
Worried, doubting, little mind
Frantic pessimist
Doom infront and gloom behind
Blinded by the mist
Look beneath the surface now
Hear between the sounds
Feel the playful presence breath
In stillness, grace is found
