Sleep is elusive
dreams are out of reach
Worries snake inside
serenity they breach
Onto the roller-coaster
…of manufactured fears
Self created monster
it’s ugly head does rear
Wake up now, remember
thoughts, they are a choice
Time to choose wisely
give nightly fear no voice
Engage imagination
for visions of delight
Shaping your creation
consciously this night
Drift now in your bubble
of possibility
Float into the dream-land
